The company has been founded by K.V. Natrajan, a mechanical Engineer who has over 55 years of experience in the engineering industry out of which more than 30 years has been with a public limited concern as head of the engineering and development in Mumbai. He has been actively involve in its project planning, implementation and manufacturing activities of indigenously developed equipments and has also been in senior managerial and decision making capacities. He has extensively toured abroad and has actively interacted with various engineering factories throughout the world. He has undergone in-plant training extensively in a multinational factory abroad.

Mr. Ramesh Natrajan is a well known planning strategist and a system analyst with a wide exposure to the international and global scenario. He has extensively traveled abroad and is an implementer of safety, housekeeping, and production planning and quality assurance system. He is also responsible for the record keeping and training of the staff. He has been associated with one of the biggest exporters of batteries in India as their leading technical and systems head and is now still associated as a consultant with over 25 years of experience in the industry.

He is backed by Mr. Rajesh. N. Kailat, a mechanical engineer and management graduate with over 15 years experience in the engineering industry related to design and manufacturing of customer oriented equipments and retrofits. He oversees the marketing and commercial operations of the enterprise along with vendor and customer development activities.
